I consolidated their process by transitioning all sequencing to Apollo, leveraging its end-to-end functionality. This involved learning Apollo’s configurations, replicating sequences, exporting data from the original sequencing system, and ensuring all recipients were aligned with their appropriate sequence steps in Apollo. I also provided user training and monitored the rollout. Within three months, the change broke even financially and began saving money monthly. Employees found the new system more intuitive, leading to higher engagement with the sequencing functionality.
